Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using repeatafterme (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
repeatafterme is a recurring process management platform that helps teams define, schedule, and execute recurring workflows. The Service includes features such as Year Board overviews, Kanban Run Boards, smart scheduling, and team collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ workspaces or data.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform’s security.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written consent.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. For Enterprise customers, specific SLAs are defined in separate agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, repeatafterme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
